Ingredients:

– 300g sirloin steak (frozen)

– extra virgin olive oil

– salt and ground black pepper

– herbes de Provence

– Parmesan

Method:

Cut the still-frozen sirloin into paper-thin slices and arrange on a dish. Season and scatter over the herbes de Provence. Add a splash of extra virgin olive oil and Parmesan shavings.
