– 2 sliced goat’s cheeses
– 2 red peppers
– 1 aubergine
– 2 onions
– extra virgin olive oil

Wash the vegetables and place in a baking dish. Roast at 200º for approximately 40 minutes. Once the vegetables are roasted, remove from the oven and peel.
Mix and add a little salt and a splash of extra virgin olive oil. Layer the ingredients in an oven-proof dish. Add the goats cheese slices on top and grill.
